Core Values
Small acts of kindness: Hearth volunteers seek to perform small acts of kindness towards individuals experiencing housing instability
Dignity: We believe that all persons are worthy human beings whose dignity cannot be stripped. It is our hope to remind people that even though they have fallen on hard times, there are people who care about them and their well-being.
Love: The first two core values stem from love. We choose to love people even if they have made mistakes or if interactions become difficult. Love should infuse our work.
